Two Hours at the Skate Park 滑板公园的两小时

Today after school, we went to a skateboard park. It was Friday, so we had pizza for lunch — a perfect way to kick off the weekend. Once we got there, I headed into the park and skated for a solid two hours. I practiced my skating the whole time, working on my moves and getting better little by little. It was so much fun rolling around and just enjoying myself.

After that, we also went to a science center, but I wasn’t really that into it, so I kept practicing with my skateboard instead. Eventually, it was time to head home.

The coolest part of the trip home was that we got to drive through an undersea tunnel — a tunnel built right underneath the water so cars can pass through. I found it absolutely fascinating. It’s amazing to think that engineers built a whole road beneath the sea, and driving through it felt like a real adventure.

After we finally arrived home, we ate some leftover pizza, and then I went to sleep. What a fun Friday!
