Today was a really beautiful day. In the morning, we ate breakfast, and this time I finally got to have cereal — I like it a lot, so that was a great way to start the day.
After breakfast, I headed off to CTY, my summer school. Today in Scope class, we did some experiments and learned how to properly use a microscope. It’s trickier than it looks — there’s a lot to remember about handling it the right way. We still haven’t found out what that mystery picture is, but now that I know how to work a microscope, I feel like I’m getting closer to solving it!
When CTY was over, I heard my code called out — S3 — which meant my mom had arrived to pick me up. It’s kind of fun listening for your own code and knowing that’s your signal to go.
After that, I was getting hungry, and our car needed charging, so we drove to a charging station that happens to be right next to a Chick-fil-A. We ate there while the car charged up, which worked out perfectly — good timing all around.
Once we got home, I finished up my math homework. It was such a fun day, and I liked it a lot.
今天是特别美好的一天。早上我们吃了早餐，而这一次，我终于吃上了麦片——我超喜欢麦片，用它来开启一天真是再好不过了。
吃完早餐，我就动身去了我的暑期学校 CTY。今天在 Scope 班，我们做了一些实验，还学习了怎么正确地使用显微镜。它可比看起来难多了——关于怎么正确操作它，有好多要点要记。我们到现在还是没弄明白那张神秘图片到底是什么，但既然我已经会用显微镜了，我感觉自己离揭开这个谜团又近了一步！
CTY 结束的时候，我听到有人喊我的接送码——S3——这就意味着我妈来接我啦。留心听着自己的代号、知道那就是”该走啦”的信号，其实还挺有意思的。
之后，我开始饿了，而我们的车也需要充电，于是我们就开到了一个充电站，那儿正好紧挨着一家 Chick-fil-A。我们就在车充电的时候在那儿吃了饭，安排得刚刚好——时间掐得特别准。
一回到家，我就把数学作业做完了。今天真是特别开心的一天，我超喜欢。
