The Last Day of Level Three Level 3 的最后一天

Today was the last day of level three at the Urban Workshop, and it was a big one. First, we finished up our skateboards — we completed every single step of building them ourselves, all the way through spray painting. Making a whole skateboard from start to finish felt amazing.

We also assembled our 3D-printed robotic fingers. The build itself came together, but we didn’t quite have enough time to finish the coding part, so the fingers aren’t fully working yet. It’s a little bit of a cliffhanger, but that’s okay — the building part was the best part anyway.

Since it was the last day, there was another big thing on my mind: tomorrow, I’m flying five hours to attend the CTY summer camp at Gilman School! So after the workshop, we had to get everything ready for the trip — packing, organizing, all of it.

Once we finished getting ready, I finally got to try out my very own skateboard. And let me tell you — it was fantastic! My handmade board is so cool, and it rides incredibly smooth. Gliding around on something I built with my own hands felt unbelievable. I would happily make a skateboard all over again. What a way to wrap up level three — and now, on to my next big adventure!
