Hide-and-Seek with Night Vision 用夜视镜玩捉迷藏

Today when we woke up, we headed straight to the Urban Workshop. I worked on my metal sculpture, welding the pieces together bit by bit. At first I couldn’t even recognize what it was turning into, but once the parts got connected, it finally started taking shape! We didn’t have to finish it today, though, so I get to complete it tomorrow — and I can’t wait to see how it turns out.

After that, we went to Sky Zone to hang out with my friend. We played dodgeball and a bunch of other stuff, and it was a blast as always. Then we headed over to her house and played for a long time. Her mom made a really good dinner, too — I ate so well.

Later, we went home, and even Spiky came along and hung out in the car with us. Then we headed outside to play at the park again, since the weather was so nice. This time, I brought my night vision telescope — it’s battery powered, and it works by taking in the tiny bit of light that’s already out there and brightening it up, so you can see in the dark. It was seriously cool, and it helped me a ton during hide-and-seek. Being able to spot people hiding in the dark felt like having a superpower!

After all that, I went home feeling really happy. What a fun day.
