Eggs, Ants, and Sky Zone 孵蛋、蚂蚁、和 Sky Zone

Today in the morning, I did some math, and then we headed to our friend’s house to eat. His name is Johnny. When we got there, the first thing I checked out was his incubator. Johnny had bought some eggs along with the incubator, hoping they’d hatch. He had both chicken and goose eggs, which I honestly thought was really cool. I was secretly hoping for a pigeon egg in there too, but it’s okay that there wasn’t one.

After that, we went out to the backyard and played for a while, and then we came in and had breakfast. Once we finished eating, we flooded some ant nests, because the ants had been sneaking into the house. Getting rid of them turned into its own little mission.

Next, we decided to go to Sky Zone for today’s exercise, and it was packed with things to do. They had a dodgeball court, a basketball court, and even a training basketball court. My favorite was the launch pad — it’s basically a springy trampoline that stores up the energy from your jump and then flings it right back, sending you flying into the air. I had such a fun time bouncing around over there.

After that, we went to the parkour station, where we did parkour on inflatable obstacles. There was a platform underneath them, and let me tell you, they were really hard to control whenever they didn’t have enough air in them! After all of that, it was such a nice day — honestly, I couldn’t have hoped for anything better.
