The Last Day of Level Two Level 2 的最后一天

Today was the last day of maker workshop level two, and I had a really good day. First, we finished making our wooden box, and the handle was made of some pretty exotic wood — the kind you don’t see every day. After that, we polished it and rubbed it with oil to make it look even nicer. There’s something really satisfying about seeing plain wood turn shiny and smooth after you put in the work.

Next, we got to duplicate our molds. It’s this neat little process where you use resin to copy a shape you’ve already made. I had made an Among Us mold earlier, and my plan was to cast a bright red copy of it. But here’s the funny part — it turned out we didn’t have quite enough red, so instead of coming out red, my copy came out pink! It wasn’t what I was going for, but honestly, that’s okay. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, and the pink one still looked pretty cool.

Since it was the last day of level two, we headed home feeling accomplished, and I asked if we could go somewhere for dinner. My mom said, “How about we go out to eat?” — which was exactly what I was hoping for! So we went out, enjoyed a nice meal, and wrapped up the day. Level two was such a fun ride, and I’m proud of everything I built along the way.
