My 3D-Printed Twisty Thing 3D打印解压玩具

Today, I went to Happy Hippo to pick up my twisty thing. It’s this super satisfying 3D-printed toy — I actually asked the owner to print it just for me!

The cool thing about it is that you can twist it any way you want — forward, backward, fold it under, even flip it all the way around. It’s the kind of toy you just can’t put down. When I got there, the black part was already printed, but I couldn’t play with it yet, because the green part was still being printed. So I had to be patient and wait a little longer.

While I waited, I grabbed a hot cocoa because we had a coffee card to use, and then we ate dinner right there. I was about halfway through my dinner when it finally finished printing — perfect timing! Honestly, it turned out even better than I thought it would be.

I’m planning to give one to each of my two good friends. The first is Ethan, my classmate who I hang out and play with all the time. The second is another classmate of mine who’s always sharing yummy snacks with me — I figured this would be a nice way to thank him back.

After everything was done, Ethan got some Hot Cheetos, and I grabbed a Coca-Cola to cool myself off. Then we headed home. Since we’d already eaten dinner there, I didn’t need to eat again — instead, I just watched a couple of movies to wrap up the day. It was such a fun time, and I really wish I could do it all over again.
